Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, but we're hoping to expand to other countries in the future. However, if you have a special order you’d like to place with us send us an email at hello@merenknives.com and we can try to pull some strings!

What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Alabama and are processed within 1-2 days. We use USPS, FedEx and Asendia to ship our products. Shipping times vary depending on country of delivery and shipping method selected. The costs below are estimates and may increase depending on order weight. You'll be able to see exact shipping cost at checkout.

Note: We’re currently offering FREE 2-Day Shipping for all U.S. (contiguous) orders.

    *Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes for international orders are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

     

    Orders received by 1pm EST are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after 1pm EST are shipped the following day. 

    Tracking information is provided as soon your order is processed and shipped out.

    It's recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery. This applies especially if you're placing your order from outside the US.

    Wrong or incomplete address

    If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

    Delayed or lost orders

    A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
